Otros m\u00e9dicos se intrigaron por este enfoque y comenzaron a probarlo en diferentes grupos de pacientes, principalmente la reserva ov\u00e1rica reducida, el SOP y la endometriosis que eran dif\u00edciles de tratar utilizando el r\u00e9gimen convencional de estimulaci\u00f3n de la fase folicular.<\/p>\n<p>Existe una creciente evidencia para demostrar que la presencia de progesterona durante la estimulaci\u00f3n ov\u00e1rica no est\u00e1 afectando negativamente la calidad del \u00f3vulo, la calidad del embri\u00f3n o las tasas de embarazo. De hecho, en algunos casos los resultados de la estimulaci\u00f3n pueden ser mejores en comparaci\u00f3n con los protocolos convencionales.<\/p>\n<p>El uso de progesterona para inhibir el aumento de LH y la ovulaci\u00f3n como \u00abantagonista oral\u00bb es probable que revolucione la forma en que estimulamos a nuestros pacientes en el futuro. Tras el uso generalizado de la vitrificaci\u00f3n embrionaria, un n\u00famero creciente de m\u00e9dicos recomienda \u00abcongelar todo\u00bb, lo que implica la transferencia de blastocistos descongelados en ciclos donde los ovarios no son estimulados. Como resultado, la estimulaci\u00f3n ov\u00e1rica y las etapas de transferencia de embriones del <a href=\"\/why-us\/fertility-journey\/\">ciclo de FIV<\/a> se pueden separar, y ya no se requiere atenci\u00f3n al revestimiento endometrial durante la estimulaci\u00f3n ov\u00e1rica.<\/p>\n<p>No hay duda de que saber que la presencia de progesterona durante la estimulaci\u00f3n ov\u00e1rica no es perjudicial para la calidad del \u00f3vulo y no necesitamos un endometrio \u00f3ptimo despu\u00e9s de la estimulaci\u00f3n, ofrece suficiente libertad para adaptar la estimulaci\u00f3n ov\u00e1rica, que puede comenzar en cualquier momento durante el ciclo, excepto cuando se encuentra un fol\u00edculo dominante. Si la progesterona end\u00f3gena est\u00e1 presente en la fase l\u00fatea, no se debe administrar progesterona adicional. En cambio, si la estimulaci\u00f3n comienza en la fase folicular, se puede agregar progesterona oral como Medroxyprogesterona 10 mg por d\u00eda o Dydrogesterone 20 mg por d\u00eda.
