Il existe de nombreuses causes d\u2019infertilit\u00e9 primaire chez les femmes, dont la plupart sont caus\u00e9es par des maladies gyn\u00e9cologiques, les principales causes suivantes&nbsp;:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Maladies inflammatoires dans la r\u00e9gion pelvienne, caus\u00e9es par des bact\u00e9ries telles que la chlamydia, la gonorrh\u00e9e.<\/li>\n<li>Endom\u00e9triose.<\/li>\n<li>Syndrome des ovaires polykystiques : Ph\u00e9nom\u00e8ne des ovaires pr\u00e9sentant de nombreux petits kystes, des menstruations irr\u00e9guli\u00e8res (une seule p\u00e9riode tous les quelques mois) ou des troubles ovulatoires.<\/li>\n<li>Trompes de Fallope bloqu\u00e9es emp\u00eachant le passage des ovules et des spermatozo\u00efdes, provoquant l\u2019infertilit\u00e9.<\/li>\n<li>Insuffisance ovarienne primaire ou mauvaise qualit\u00e9 des ovules. Cela se produit g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement avec l\u2019\u00e2ge.
