Hi, I wanted to write a few words for NOW-fertility we are a couple who rightly wanted to become parents and we found this clinic where they welcomed us with open arms making us feel good we met the doctor who paid us the first visit and we also rightly met the assistants who were really excellent, we will never stop thanking Alessandra and Laura who followed us on our journey in every way, even for stupid questions I had, they answered me and made me calm down, I can only say that our experience was wonderful Now we are expecting a boy or a girl, we don’t know this, but I advise all those who want to become parents to try because having the possibility of procreating is the most beautiful thing that God has given us, we are so happy and we are waiting for our child in our arms open with so much love always thanking them who helped and assisted us. My partner and I recently had a positive experience with NOW Fertility’s partner clinic in Tunisia. Despite not being Tunisian, we were impressed by the professionalism and helpfulness of the staff, especially Magalie Antoun, who was consistently responsive and supportive throughout our journey.
There were a few areas where we felt things could be improved. More guidance on in-country procedures would have been beneficial, as our medication needed to be sourced from outside Tunisia, which added some complexity. It seemed that the staff might not have been fully accustomed to treating international patients, which is understandable given the uniqueness of our situation.
Communication was another aspect that could be enhanced. Although the doctor overseeing our treatment in Tunisia was highly knowledgeable and supportive, they were not the same doctor we initially consulted. We had expected to continue with the same doctor who handled our pre-procedure reports. The process would be even smoother if the accompanying doctor were involved in initial communications to better understand the patient’s needs before arrival.
Despite these minor challenges, we found our experience with NOW Fertility to be very positive. The dedication and professionalism of the staff were commendable, and with a few improvements in communication and procedural guidance for international patients, the experience could be even more seamless.
The experience was worth it, especially for the support and frankness of the team regarding the smallest aspects of the procedure, at each stage and the almost daily support, although remotely. The NOW-fertility team clearly presents the likely challenges and remains open for any questions, any time of the day or night. They even offer psychological support, which is very important in this process. I learned a lot from them and it helped us stay positive and confident every step of the way. Highly recommended, in the language that suits you, so you are comfortable.

Dr Nardo has a great deal of expertise, we have felt very well supported by the team and have always felt that our voices have been heard. We have received a very personal service. Anna is always quick at responding to any queries and communication on a whole has been very good. Now Fertility offer a flexible approach to the IVF process and even organised scans abroad for us when needed.
Ciao!!! I am from California, and found this international team through a Google search. I checked out their instagram, attended a live seminar through a UK nonprofit where this team were the keynote speakers, and completed a 15-minute complimentary virtual consultation. I was trying to vet this team to ensure it wasn’t a scam because this is an all cash service. I paid for the first consult where I got to virtually meet Alessandra, Michela and Dr. Abu Musa. They explained the entire process, gave their recommendations based on my goals, and immediately began working on a plan. I was very insistent on doing genetic testing and embryo freezing. In the end, I didn’t opt for embryo freezing because it didn’t feel right spiritually. As a single female, the embryo freezing plays a significant factor in terms of location for the egg freezing process. In summary, this team is the equivalent to a concierge service. They connect you to reputable clinics, communicate with the clinic, schedule all of the appointments, connect you with a virtual/online pharmacy, review your medical reports, curate a personal plan, and directly available to address questions/concerns/comments. As a foreigner, I strongly suggest using Now-Fertility for international egg freezing – it’s worth the investment! I am exceptionally happy that we were able to retrieve more eggs than anticipated, and I cannot thank Now-Fertility enough. It’s the best birthday gift I could have given myself; thank you God for making this part of my life path!
5 months ago, the gynecologists told me that I could not have IVF with my eggs because my fertility values were not good (high FSH and damaged ovaries following an operation).
As a last hope, I contacted Now-Fertility.
I was immediately supported by an incredibly friendly and competent team. Dr. Darazi took the time to study my situation and took care of me immediately. He advised me and offered the best treatment I could receive. Result: 2 weeks ago I had the embryo transfer. Throughout the journey, the team tirelessly followed me, advised me and reassured me. I could never have imagined anything better.

I’m so glad my husband and I reached out to NOW-Fertility. The best thing about them was their empathy. Everyone on the team made us feel heard and understood our concerns and addressed them well. While I’m grateful to the entire team, I would like to mention Magalie, my fertility nurse, who was there to guide me throughout the process. She helped me a lot and was there to answer all my questions. I was scared at first, but the team helped me manage my stress, and made sure that the process was a lot smoother than I had experienced before with other centers. I am very satisfied. It was a smooth process. The answer was even given in German. After the amount was transferred, the medication arrived from Greece to Germany. For me it took 6 days, which I would say is fine.

The best thing is NOW-fertility saved our time so rather then spending 21 days abroad we only went for 8 days and it was for egg retrieval and embryo transfer. I wholeheartedly recommend this bank to everyone. The whole cell adoption process went very smoothly and in constant contact with the coordinator – we felt taken care of. From the purchased 10 cells, 5 embryos of the highest quality were obtained. I am currently 13 weeks pregnant, I have also had prenatal tests and everything is absolutely fine!

Mr Nardo’s expertise in finding a treatment plan that will hopefully be successful for us having a second child. It was great that he looked into our case further with colleagues and was able to come up with a proposal for a further IVF cycle. Our nurse, Anna has been extremely helpful and supportive throughout the process and has been very efficient in getting back to me with any queries – even at a weekend! Meetings have been scheduled to suit my partner and I and are extremely convenient with being virtual, rather than ‘in clinic’.
