Fully transparent pricing
We are committed to providing our patients with the best quality fertility care, without waiting time, and at affordable prices at the most successful Centres within our global network. We provide you with an individualised cost plan before starting treatment so that you know the costs from the outset. We ensure you have no unexpected charges and no hidden costs as these can add unnecessary stress.
There are three elements to the costs that you pay:
Initial consultation fee –
This is for the first virtual consultation with a Fertility Consultant, and is deducted from the cycle management fee once you start treatment. This is payable directly to NOW-fertility.
Cycle management fee –
Includes all consultations (after the initial consultation) during the IVF, Egg Freezing or Frozen Embryo Transfer cycle, clinical and administrative management, tailored support and advice, expert guidance, one support or implications counselling session, coordination of the cycle with the Centre and Satellite Clinics, if applicable, and cycle monitoring (including ultrasound scans and blood tests). This is payable directly to NOW-fertility.
Treatment fee –
For the theatre procedures and laboratory work. This is payable directly to the Centre that you attend for treatment.

Below you will find the fees for consultations with one of our expert Fertility Consultants.

Cycle management fees

Treatment fees
Our price promise
Our price promise to you is that if the overall costs of standard IVF/ICSI or frozen embryo transfer treatment at the Centre are lower via any other provider or if you went through the Centre directly, we will refund you the difference.
The currency of our consultation and cycle management fees depends on the country where you live and not where you undergo treatment:
- € (EURO) if you live in Europe or Nordic Countries
- CHF (Swiss Franc) if you live in Switzerland and Liechtenstein
- £ (GBP) if you live in the United Kingdom, Isle of Man, Guernsey, Jersey, South Sandwich Islands, and British Antarctic Territory
- $ (Dollar) if you live in the US, Middle East Region, Brazil, South Africa, North Africa, The British Virgin Islands, Republic of Zimbabwe, Turkey, India, and the rest of the world
IVF Refund Guarantee Programme
Refund guarantee programmes offer multi-cycle packages of IVF for a fixed fee with the surety of your money refunded if you are not successful.
We are pleased to have partnered with Redia IVF to offer patients undergoing treatment at our Centres access to the refund guarantee programme.
