We understand that waiting to start fertility treatment can be extremely stressful. We have no waiting times to start treatment and appointments are available promptly at dates and times to suit you. Our consultations are all online to fit around your busy lifestyle, meaning you can speak to us from the privacy of your own home without having to travel to a clinic. At your initial consultation your Fertility Consultant will review your situation in full with you and recommend the best Centres for you to undergo treatment, based on your preferences and your clinical needs. If any investigations are needed prior to starting your treatment we can arrange these for you without any delay.

NOW-fertility’s partner Centres are specifically chosen for their consistently high success rates. Each of them have state of the art laboratories and highly experienced, multilingual fertility care teams to provide personalised care and help you to achieve a successful, healthy pregnancy in the shortest time possible. We provide you with the most up to date information to help you decide which is the right Centre for you.
Pricing
We are fully committed to offering transparent, affordable pricing at all of our Centres. Our costs consist of a NOW-fertility cycle management fee, (including all consultations (after the initial consultation), clinical and administrative management of the cycle with individually tailored advice and support, monitoring scans and blood tests, counselling session, coordination with the chosen Centre) and a separate treatment fee that is payable directly to the Centre that you choose to attend for your egg collection/embryo transfer procedures. The costs of attending the Centre through NOW-fertility will always be lower than those available directly through the Centre, otherwise the difference will be refunded to you through our Price Promise. We also deduct the cost of your initial consultation from the cycle management fee once you start treatment with us.
