We are committed to providing our patients with the best quality fertility care, without waiting time, and at affordable prices at the most successful partner clinics within our global network. We provide you with an individualised cost plan before starting treatment so that you know the costs from the outset. We ensure you have no unexpected charges and no hidden costs as these can add unnecessary stress. The cost of your initial consultation with a Fertility Consultant is CHF250.
Treatment fees
Your total treatment fee includes:
All consultations during your IVF, Egg Freezing or Frozen Embryo Transfer cycle, all monitoring throughout the cycle (including ultrasound scans and blood tests), clinical and administrative management, tailored support and advice, expert guidance, one support or implications counselling session, coordination of the cycle with the partner clinic and Satellite Clinics.
Egg collection, laboratory procedures and embryo transfer (if applicable).

Our price promise
Our price promise to you is that if the costs of standard IVF/ICSI or frozen embryo transfer treatment at the partner clinic are lower if you went through the clinic directly, we will refund you the difference.
IVF Refund Guarantee Programme
Refund Guarantee programmes are available for patients at NOW-fertility. We offer multi-cycle packages of IVF for a fixed fee with the surety of your money refunded if you are not successful.

Cancellation Policy
The treatment cycle can be cancelled at different stages, and this outcome can certainly be upsetting. Depending on the reason why the cycle is cancelled it may be possible to proceed at a different time using an alternative approach. We are here to support you with our fertility team of consultants, nurses, and care coordinators. We are also able to organise support counselling for you.
