Diagnostic and screening testing is an integral part of any fertility treatment. Diagnostic tests help your fertility consultant to assess your reproductive potential, and choose the best treatment for you, whilst screening tests are required before you start your treatment to ensure that there are no current or chronic infections present which could cause risks in the laboratory and/or complications in pregnancy.
Having the right tests done and receiving your results quickly is essential to avoid any delay to starting your treatment.
As part of NOW-fertility’s commitment to making the assisted conception journey as stress-free as possible, we have partnered with The Doctors Laboratory in the UK to offer our patients easy access to a pathology service which is quality assured, reliable and accurate with competitive pricing.
Results are sent promptly and securely directly to the NOW-fertility nursing team to ensure a seamless start to your treatment with us.
5 benefits of using the laboratory services
- Quality accredited and consultant led.
- Cutting-edge technologies for a full range of tests.

Home testing
TDL’s pathology self-collection kits allow samples to be collected at home and returned to the accredited laboratory for testing.
Self-collect sample kits cover a wide range of diagnostic and screening tests. The instructions for sample collection are enclosed in each collection kit and are easy to follow.
