Anna Sofie is a public health professional with a background in reproductive health research and has worked for WHO/Europe in digital health. She brings an extensive knowledge of health systems while having an eye for the experiences of users in treatment. She has published several peer-reviewed papers on menstrual health and conducted a thesis on experiences of fertility treatment amongst overweight patients in the public healthcare system in Denmark.
She is passionate about reproductive health, evident through her past experience and the fact that she is a certified fertility awareness educator. She speaks Danish, English and Spanish fluently.
Sarah is a highly experienced Senior IVF/Fertility Patient Services Manager with exceptional PA, administration and organisational skills. She is a flexible and confident team member who has a real passion and desire to help the fertility community.
She has 12 years’ previous experience of working in a busy IVF Clinic and over the years has helped and supported over 3,000 couples on their fertility journey.
She feels very honoured to be able to help patients from their very first phone call right through to embryo transfer. Supporting patients during the start of their fertility journey is a real privilege and Sarah is very proud to be part of their experience.
Ausra has experience of working at a private medical clinic in London, UK, who pioneered many of the routine techniques used to treat fertility today. Her work as patient care coordinator covered investigations and treatments to subfertile couples, treatment of anovulation, IVF and ICSI treatments, treatment with donor gametes, egg freezing and more. She also has a keen interest in fertility research and ethics.
She prides herself in providing comprehensive care to her patients by developing, monitoring and evaluating each specific case and is committed to to providing patients with outstanding care and support throughout.
Norma has previously worked for 24 years as a medical assistant in a Beirut clinic specialising in gynaecology, obstetrics, surgery and infertility. Her responsibilities included administrative and clinical tasks, scheduling appointments and surgeries, communicating with patients and following up their treatment.
She is calm and personable as well as ambitious and optimistic.
She is delighted to have the opportunity to work with NOW-fertility where she can utilise her skills and experience in medical care and administration, achieve a high level of communication with patients and be part of a collaborative multidisciplinary team.
Tania graduated in Clinical Psychology from the University of Bergamo.
In 2016 she moved to Spain where she did a training internship in the Hospital San Pau, following the activity of the Family Therapy School. In 2019 she began working for an international fertility clinic in Spain as a Fertility Care Coordinator and as a psychologist for couples. She was also involved in the psychological evaluation of donors.
Fluent in Italian, Spanish and English, Tania is widely regarded as being both compassionate and caring with a sound awareness of the emotional difficulties women and couples face when embarking on or going through fertility treatment.
