NOW-fertility is pleased to announce the appointment of Anna Sofie Holst as Compliance Manager.
Anna Sofie is a public health professional with a background in reproductive health research and has previously worked for WHO/Europe in digital health. She brings an extensive knowledge of health systems while having an eye for the experiences of users in treatment. She has published several peer-reviewed papers on menstrual health and conducted a thesis on experiences of fertility treatment amongst obese patients in the public healthcare system in Denmark.
Fluent in Danish, English and Spanish, she is passionate about reproductive health and is a certified fertility awareness educator.
Within NOW-fertility, Anna Sofie’s key responsibilities include developing and implementing company policies and regulations, overseeing all business operations relating to compliance, leading employee training sessions on legal and compliance issues and performing audits. She is also responsible for sharing information internally on fertility regulations in the countries within which NOW-fertility operates, liaison with the partner clinics and Satellite Clinics and producing information material for patients.
