NOW-fertility is the next generation IVF provider. We offer personalised, accessible assisted conception treatment through a network of partner clinics and our own team of fertility professionals.
We partner with IVF clinics globally who have consistently high success rates, excellent facilities, quality measures and experienced staff. NOW-fertility consultants, nurses and care coordinators support you throughout the treatment cycle and liaise with the clinic to ensure that your care is seamless and as successful as possible. We empower you to make your own choices with the reassurance of our expert team alongside you.
We carry out consultations virtually, saving time and stress in travelling, so you can speak with your fertility team from your own home, and on most occasions will only need to travel to the IVF clinic for the final stages of egg collection and embryo transfer.
Team
NOW-fertility’s expert team includes consultants, nurses, care coordinators, counsellors and fertility coaches.
Each patient has a dedicated fertility consultant, nurse and care coordinator always available. Your care coordinator is your first point of contact and organises the virtual consultations, helps you to access any tests or investigations that you need and is always available to answer any questions that you may have. Your nurse arranges your monitoring scans at a location that is convenient for you, reviews your treatment protocol, organises delivery of your medications if you opt to have these delivered to your home via our Online Pharmacy, ensures that all necessary consents and documents are signed and liaises on your behalf with the clinic where you have chosen to have your treatment.

At NOW-fertility we aim to minimise the stress that patients experience during IVF treatment by reducing time and cost spent on travelling to appointments, tests and monitoring scans. Our team’s ‘always-on’ approach means that you have all your questions always answered promptly and you receive advice and reassurance throughout your fertility journey.
We recognise though that our patients may also need emotional support when considering or undergoing treatment, and so we work closely with a team of experienced and accredited fertility coaches and counsellors who can provide this support whenever it is needed.
Journey
Your fertility journey at NOW-fertility begins with your care coordinator arranging a virtual consultation for you with one of our experienced fertility consultants. Your consultant will review your case in detail, arrange any diagnostic tests you may need, propose an individualised treatment protocol for you and recommend the best partner clinic according to your treatment needs and preferences. All the screening tests, medications and counselling are arranged without any delays by the NOW-fertility team. Once you are ready to start, your nurse and care coordinator will make all the arrangements for your treatment timelines as recommended by your consultant, will advise of the times for your monitoring scans and blood tests, will assist you to sign the consent forms and ensure that your partner clinic has all the information needed for your egg collection and embryo transfer.
