Having a virtual experience certainly does not appear to be diminishing the quality of care, or amount of information shared, and has a number of additional benefits.

This not only helps to reduce stress, but also the financial burden of taking time off work. These clinics can also exchange information using secure cloud-based systems, which also enables easy storage and access of medical records.
This technological approach will also enable us to offer guaranteed response times to patient queries, which will mean greater peace-of-mind and fewer stressful situations.
An added benefit is that digital consultations can also be recorded with patient’s consent, and listened to again at a later stage, or shared with a partner to ensure they are fully kept in the loop.
