Fertility Care Coordinator Head MENA Region
Fluent in Arabic, English and French, Lida is a dedicated healthcare professional with over 12 years of experience.
She is responsible for leading and coordinating patient care services while ensuring a seamless and supportive experience for fertility patients across the region. With a strong background in Microbiology and more than 6 years in the IVF field, she brings a unique combination of clinical expertise and compassionate patient care.
Before stepping into her current leadership role, Lida worked as an IVF Counsellor, Patient Educator, and Senior IVF Laboratory Administrator. Her broad experience across patient interaction and laboratory operations gives her deep insight into every step of the fertility journey. She is known for her clear communication, attention to detail, and unwavering commitment to supporting patients throughout their treatment.
Virginia Mancini
Fertility Care Coordinator
Virginia is a multilingual healthcare professional who brings international experience in patient care along with a strong focus on reproductive medicine.
She has supported many patients from diverse cultural backgrounds, guiding them with empathy and clarity throughout their treatment journeys, and strengthening her ability to provide guidance and patient education. Fluent in Italian, English and Spanish, Virginia brings a global perspective and deep intercultural understanding to her work.
Anna Nucci
Fertility Care Coordinator
Fluent in Italian, Spanish, German and English, Anna is a healthcare professional with five years of clinical experience gained in both Italy and Germany.
Throughout her career, Anna has worked within multidisciplinary teams in busy hospital settings, supporting women and their families during some of the most important moments of their lives.
Her international experience has strengthened her adaptability, communication skills, and ability to work effectively in multicultural environments. Alongside her clinical practice, Anna has completed additional training in pelvic health, sexual health, and women’s wellbeing. She has also been involved in sexual health education initiatives, reflecting her commitment to promoting women’s health through both clinical care and patient education.
Anna is delighted to join the NOW-fertility team and to contribute her clinical experience, professionalism, and compassionate approach to patient care.
Merna Fathy
Patient Treatment Support & Experience Lead
Merna is a dedicated fertility care professional with a strong background in reproductive medicine, genetics and international patient care, and a commitment to providing a supportive and positive experience for fertility patients.
Her career has given her broad experience across assisted reproduction, genetic testing and laboratory diagnostics. She has gained valuable experience in genetic and molecular diagnostics, including PCR, real-time PCR, hormone and virology testing, and neonatal screening, alongside experience in international patient coordination and care.
Fluent in both English and Arabic, Merna combines her scientific expertise with strong communication and organisational skills. Her approach is always patient-focused, and she is passionate about contributing to high-quality fertility care and ensuring that patients feel informed, supported and cared for throughout their fertility journey.
