Compliance & Relationship Manager
Overview
We are seeking a Compliance & Relationship Manager to be responsible for compliance and quality management measures and the management of external relationships with our partner clinics, Satellite Clinics and physicians.
This is a full-time position offered on a self-employed basis, working remotely. Some travel may be necessary for which costs will be covered in full. Remuneration will be in the range CHF 35,000 – 45,000 per annum based on experience.
As this position involves working virtually there is no specific location required. Proficiency in English and French is essential and an additional language would be an advantage. Previous experience in compliance management is desirable. Experience in the field of assisted conception would be useful but is not essential.
Compliance Manager Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement company policies, procedures and relevant processes
- Oversee all business operations relating to compliance and quality
- Introduce quality measures across the Company
- Design and monitor control systems to deal with violations of legal rules and internal policies
- Regularly assess the efficiency of control systems and recommend effective improvements
- Review and evaluate company procedures and reports to identify hidden risks and common issues
- Review record-keeping documentation
- Coordinate with different department managers to review all departmental compliance policies
- Perform periodic audits on company procedures and processes
- Lead employee training sessions on legal and compliance issues
- Share information internally about various compliance frameworks for the provision of fertility services in different countries
- Inform management team of upcoming regulations and/or changes in countries within which the Company operates
- Contribute to writing of service agreements and onboarding of partner clinics and Satellite Clinics
- Contribute to granting of practising privileges to physicians
- Ensure all practising privileges files of physicians are up to date and regularly maintained
- Contribute to writing consent forms and information documents for patients
- Leading on complaints investigation and management
- Be responsible for collecting, sharing and publishing internally patients’ feedback
- Contribute to meetings related to quality management, education, training, research and business development
- Ensure compliance standards are met when advertising and promoting services in various countries
- If requested, review of material to be published live
Relationship Manager Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain the relationship with the partner clinics
Engage and onboard new partner clinics, to meet corporate strategies and directions
Develop and maintain the relationship with Satellite Clinics
Engage and onboard new Satellite Clinics, to meet corporate strategies and directions
Contribute to writing clinical and operations pathways between NOW-fertility and other parties (including partner clinics and Satellite Clinics)
Onboard physicians
Managing practising privileges of all physicians
Managing relationships with the physicians
Conducting patients surveys
Resolving issues related to service agreements with partner clinics, Satellite Clinics and physicians
Delivering presentations to the relevant members of the team about new services, changes to established services and new partnerships
Maintaining accurate and timely documentation about services available at each partner clinic
Delivering presentations to the partner clinics about NOW-fertility network and added-value to their own services
Leading on the organisation of events involving partner clinics, Satellite Clinics and physicians
Communicating corporate messages, strategies and directions to the partner clinics, Satellite Clinics and physicians
Set up key performance indicators – number of cases, referrals, outcomes and complaints – for each partner clinic
Monitoring key performance indicators for each partner clinic
Represent NOW-fertility at events, meetings and conferences
