Laura has 10 years experience working in administration and patient care and has worked in one of the most prestigious fertility clinics in London, following patients from the first steps and guiding them throughout the treatments and services with care and technical knowledge.
She has strong communication and problem solving skills to always deliver the best experience possible from the first fertility checks to IVF, treatments with donor gametes, egg freezing and more.
She is very passionate about building the best possible relationships with the patients to make their journey as stress free as possible.
