Position: Patient Care Coordinator
Location: Al Barsha, Dubai, UAE
About us: IVF International by NOW-fertility is a brand new, state-of-the-art and purpose-built IVF clinic.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate patient care activities to ensure a seamless and positive experience for patients.
- Serve as a liaison between healthcare providers, patients, and families to address concerns and facilitate communication.
- Schedule appointments, consultations, and follow-ups, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Maintain patient records, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with healthcare regulations.
- Educate patients and families on available services, procedures, and resources.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in healthcare administration, patient coordination, or related field preferred.
- Previous experience in an IVF or women’s health clinic preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Excellent organisational abilities with attention to detail.
- Team player and flexible.
- Compassionate and empathetic approach towards patients and their families.
- Language: English and at least one other European language (French, Italian, Spanish or German) are essential.
