We listen carefully to your needs and preferences, recommend the best and most suitable clinic in our global network, and support you throughout to make the treatment as seamless and stress-free as possible.
Each patient has a dedicated care team made up of a care coordinator, a fertility nurse and a consultant, who you can contact at any time for support, advice or reassurance, not just during your appointments.
Your care team will create your individualised treatment plan, coordinate with your chosen clinic on your behalf, organise any investigations that are needed, help you to arrange all the necessary monitoring during your treatment cycle, order your medications to be delivered to you at home and ensure that you have signed all the relevant consent forms. They will remain responsible for your care from start to finish.
Our multidisciplinary team also includes fertility counsellors and fertility coaches should you feel that you would benefit from access to additional support at any point during your journey.
